Yes – the whole app, including the emails and the pages your guests see, is in English and German. Everyone on your planning team picks their own language, and guests can switch on their RSVP page.
You try it free for 14 days, with no credit card. After that you unlock your wedding with a one-time payment – no subscription, nothing renews. There are three sizes: Small celebration (under 60 guests) for €19.99, Big celebration (60 to 150 guests) for €34.99 and Royal wedding (over 150 guests) for €59.99. Every size has every feature and none limits the number of guests; they differ in storage for photos, in the planning team and in how long the gallery is kept. If your celebration grows, moving up costs only the difference. Each additional person on the team is a one-time €2.99.
Your gallery’s photos are kept for 12 months after the wedding day, 24 months for a Royal wedding. Before they are deleted we remind you three times by e-mail, and you can download all of them at once. Everything else stays: guest list, budget, files, seating plan.
No. Wedding Buddy runs in the browser, on a laptop just as well as on a phone. On iPhone and Android you can install it like an app via “Add to Home Screen”.

No. Every guest gets a personal link to accept or decline and choose their meal. Song requests and photos work through a link too, with no account.
Nothing is lost. Your data stays fully readable and exportable; only changes are paused until you unlock the wedding. Your guests' RSVPs keep coming in.
Contacts can be imported as vCards, for example straight from the address book on your phone. You can export the guest list as CSV at any time, and the budget as CSV or Excel.
Yes. One account can manage several weddings and switch between them. Each wedding is unlocked separately, and you simply invite the couple onto the team.
Yes, and both are optional. To sign you in with Google we receive your email address and your name, to create your account. If you connect your Google Calendar, Wedding Buddy shows you your own events next to the wedding's appointments – to you alone, without storing them – and writes the wedding's appointments into a separate "Wedding Buddy" calendar in your account.
