You write the texts, the rest takes care of itself
You choose the address of your page, weddingbuddy.at/w/emma-and-james for example, and write what only you can know: the welcome, the dress code, tips for accommodation and getting there. What you leave empty does not appear.
Everything else the page takes from your planning. The date, the events with their times and places, the booked venue with a map, and your gift list are there by themselves, and they change along when you move something in your planning. The preview shows you the page before anyone else sees it.
RSVP right on the page
When a guest opens the page through their personal invitation link, the reply form is right there: accept or decline, choose a menu, name allergies. The reply lands in your guest list at once. The link is in the invitation email and in the QR code on the printed card.
Whoever is invited to only one part of the wedding, to the party but not the registry office for example, sees only that part in the schedule.
Who may see the page
The page is only online once you publish it, and you can take that back at any time. You decide whether everyone with the address may see it, or only your guests through their invitation link.
Gift list and gifts of money
The page also says what you wish for. You choose between a gift list, a gift of money, or both, and you write the texts for it yourselves.
Guests reserve a wish right on the page, so nothing arrives twice. You see that something is reserved but not by whom, unless you want to know. For a gift of money you enter the account holder, the IBAN and a payment reference. The bank details are only shown to guests who open the page through their personal link.
After the wedding you record in the same list who gave you what, and whom you have already thanked.
